My approach is at base psychodynamic; in addition I am well versed in CBT, Narrative, ACT, and Mindfulness, and consider myself an integrative practitioner, valuing the practical insight knowledge of the brain gives us, the liberating revelations of attachment theory and post classical analysis, as well as philosophical understanding and spiritual practices.
You set the pace and direction of our sessions. We work together.
